2. Eligibility and Acceptance. By using this website or booking an event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent

3. Products and Event Bookings. All bookings relate to specific events, dates, and locations. Bookings are non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where safety, eligibility, or operational concerns arise.

4. Pricing and Payment. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Customer Cancellations. Cancellations must be made by contacting us as soon as possible. The following terms apply: • More than 14 days before the event: full refund. • 14 days or less before the event: £50 cancellation fee. • Within 48 hours of the event start time: no refund. Where possible, we may, at our discretion, offer to rearrange your booking for an alternative date.

6. Event Changes and Cancellation by Us. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or amend events due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, safety concerns, venue issues, or force majeure events. If we cancel an event, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund. No further compensation is payable.

7. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk. Motorsport and off-road activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to comply with all safety instructions, rules, and guidance provided by us or event staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe.

8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dirt Craft shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in events, including loss or damage to personal property. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Insurance. All our events are insured under Nora Motorsport. Riders will be required to sign indemnity forms before each event.

10. Intellectual Property. All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Dirt Craft. No content may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

11. Email Communications. and Marketing We may contact you regarding your booking or essential service information. Marketing communications are only sent where consent has been provided. Email communications are managed using Mailchimp.

12. Privacy. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

13. Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, acts of government, pandemics, or site closures.

14. Changes to These Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
