Flat tracking is a fun, emerging and accessible form of motorcycling which is among the fastest growing motorsports in the World. Royal Enfield launched Slide School in the UK, in collaboration with Dirt Craft to provide the ultimate intro to flat track experience in a 1 day course.

Developing the fundamentals to breakdown the slide technique used by professional riders. Slide School is designed to provide you with the knowledge that takes riders a lifetime to figure out on their own, the slide is an art and once experienced it’s hard to get away from the feeling.

Think of Flat Track as the middle ground between all the different types of Motorcycling. The surface is smooth and consistent like tarmac but it’s low grip dirt. This means the feedback through the tyres is really obvious which creates the perfect conditions to understand the physics and feeling of traction, and how to control it!

During our classes we break down Flat track into easy to understand tutorials such as:

• Flat Track technique

• Riding style and body position

• Corner entry (backing the bike into the turn)

• Corner exit (power sliding out of the turn)

• Throttle control

• The racing line

Our trainers are Pro level racers with a lot of experience racing in National and International competition.

Slide Schools are open to all abilities and available at a few different locations. Our main tracks are Iwade, Kent and Leicester.
